Tacos and jumbo jack. My fiance ate 2 tacos and a few bites of jumbo jack around 5 p.m. started feeling nauseated at around 6 and was violently throwing up by 7 p.m. Had a slight fever and now next day gas diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Gas
