Bought 24 wings with my brother's at kfc standerton drive through as we were travelling to the eastern cape. Ate the wings along the way we all had runny tummy by the time we got to sterkspruit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Noticed a gentleman that should have been doing fries was somewhere out the back, hopefully not using the facilities in his cook uniform.
Stomach ache within a few hours of meal. Then next morning severe diarrhea and nausea. Had to take a day off work... So far!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Late afternoon, about 5pm. Brother said the chicken on his burger tasted a bit odd, but thought nothing of it.
Around 4 am he started throwing up and having severe diarrhoea.

I will be ringing the restaurant and their head office.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate chicken, cole slaw and a biscuit. Began with a very crampy upset stomach about 1.5-2 hours after eating. Began violently vomiting about 2-2.5 hours after eating. Vomited all night and the diarrhea set it about 8 hours after eating while still vomiting. Difficulty breathing, horrible… See more
