I bought a lucky charms cereal and it came out with mushrooms but they couldn't be seen until half the bag and they didn't smell bad (mind I noticed the same day I bought them) but now I'm super sick  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else

Within about 15 minutes of eating Lucky Charms cereal, I began burping and had stomach pains. then began vomiting the cereal (which looked green) and experienced intense chest pain.
