My 4 year old ate Lucky Charms and had explosive diarrhea to the point that he didn’t make it to the toilet. He was so upset since he has never had that before. This was the only thing that I did not eat of his that day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate bowls of Lucky Charms intermittently over the span of a few weeks. Each time, about an hour or two later, I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. I thought I was becoming lactose intolerant.
