I ate bowls of Lucky Charms intermittently over the span of a few weeks. Each time, about an hour or two later, I had stomach cramps and diarrhea. I thought I was becoming lactose intolerant. But, I switched cereals and I was fine. I saw the news report today and it makes sense now.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

Ate bowl of cereal in middle of night about 30 min later started getting nauseous and shortly after that bubbles in stomach and diarrhea two min later I threw the box away the next day and this was bought late last year to current the cereal wasn’t expired checked that first  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Lucky Charms , This happened 2 weeks ago. I ate a Lucky Charms cereal bar as a midnight snack and I woke up early in the morning with diarrhea that would continue all day and then was puking later that day and all night.
