I finished a box of lucky charms cereal over the past 2 days and now my poop is green. Pooped 1

I got extremely sick after eating 2 bowls of lucky charms. Green poop and green vomit, fever, chills, extreme fatigue. Stomach cramps. This also happened the LAST time I had lucky charms around June.
