On 27/03/2020, ate chicken McNuggets. Became ill around an hour after eating with diarrhoea and then vomiting which continued to effected normal eating many days after.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My daughter son-in-law two nieces nephew and a friend,
All ate this My pregnant daughter son-in-law sent my daughter into premature labor. My two nieces nephew granddaughter and a friend today. All hospitalized all are there all became sick simultaneously almost immediately after eating  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
