At a chicken mccheesy and 4 hours later was violently vomiting and had diarrhoea. It was the only thing I had eaten that day so I know it was from that. I spent all night up and down from the bathroom and still feel sick 24 hours later  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We went there roughly between 12 and 1 AM symptoms started right after she ate a quarter pounder burger she is still sick puking it is 1:14 PM we are debating whether we are not we should go to the hospitalShe can barely move we did car them and they said someone would call us back  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Happy meal fries Son, 2, ate a 6 piece nugget happy meal w/ fries and apples slices around 6pm on 12/2/2020. Seemed fine until 1:30am when he began throwing up chunks of chewed up fries. Also blood had begun to mix in with the vomit. So far only one child seems to be affected.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
