Yesterday I got a spicy nugget and a Mc double. My boyfriend got a McDouble as well but no spicy nuggets. About 45 minutes after I ate I threw up twice and had diarrhea. I felt fine after laying down for a couple hours . Luckily I only had A 6pc or it probably would have been worse  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

They ate a McDouble from there  My son went and got him 2 McDoubles and a sweet tea, he was the only one who got sick, it wasn’t long after he had ate the burger before he started feeling sick, he started vomiting and from all the vomiting he passed out and fell on his right side  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other
