Fries and hot fudge sundae, 2 people. Symptoms started 3 hours after eating. My sister and I have been sick since Saturday night. And ive had to miss work because of the trips to the restroom and vomiting and fever/chills  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Chills

McDonalds chicken nuggets, I had chicken nuggets from McDonald’s for dinner while my husband had a quarter pounder. He’s fine but I’m up all night with nausea and constipation so much I can’t sleep and feel awful. It started about 4-5 hours after I ate there.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Constipation
