Ate fish sandwich 09/12017 at this location at around 2:30 pm. At 10:30 pm awoke from sleep sweating profusely and extreme nausea. At 11:15 pm started violently vomiting, lasting through the night. Diarrhea then set in.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a 10 piece nugget Wednesday at 3pm. Thursday morning at 4:30 I woke with extreme nausea and vomiting. Nausea lasted two days. Vomiting stopped after six hours. Extreme dehydration.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration

I ate a Filet-O-Fish on 9/12 and just after midnight 9/13 woke up and became violently ill. Came out both ends :( The sickness lasted 12-18 hours. 9/14 I feel somewhat normal but very dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Went to mcdonalds and ordered a cold mocha today. Ive been dizzy ever since (its been 6 hours) also felt like throwing up. I threw up a little bit of the ingredients from the drink. It didnt even taste good. Tasted like chemicals. I had to leave work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
