Got a McChicken and poutine at noon on Jan 22. Tasted ok. Stomach pain within an hour and was in the bathroom for the rest of the night. Had to call in sick for work the next day and lost an entire shif. Tightness and upset stomach all day, headaches and nausea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

Hello, on Sunday January 21, 2024, we ate at McDonald's. We had hamburgers, cheeses and double cheese and a happymeal for my little one who was not sick. My wife and I had vomiting and diarrhea and abdominal cramps. The doctor confirmed food poisoning for us.
