September 16, 2023 McDonalds We’ve been to this McDonalds twice now. This is the second time we’ve had food poisoning symptoms for days after eating there. The employees are very nice and I understand that managers cannot control everything within chaos, but something has to change  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Symptoms are quite clear, occur about 12 hours after ingestion Food: >chills/cold sweats >Nausea & vomiting >Rising fever in the evening >General malaise Products consumed: MC Plant, Double Chili Cheese, French fries, cola  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills, Indigestion, Sweating

3 of my children had a mcflurry only item they all had the same .
1 started within the hour - 2 others started having cramps etc on journey home and 2nd child was extremely sick within 2 hours. 1st child had been really sick 7 times… See more

I went to McDonald's and then I had signs of marginal bowel flu. For dinner, I had a happy meal with spacy nuggets and a small strawberry milkshake. Afterwards I didn't feel well in the morning and had to vomit in the afternoon I developed diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
