3 of my children had a mcflurry only item they all had the same .
1 started within the hour - 2 others started having cramps etc on journey home and 2nd child was extremely sick within 2 hours. 1st child had been really sick 7 times… See more

I went to McDonald's and then I had signs of marginal bowel flu. For dinner, I had a happy meal with spacy nuggets and a small strawberry milkshake. Afterwards I didn't feel well in the morning and had to vomit in the afternoon I developed diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

My husband ate at this McDonald’s location on Thursday, September 14th for dinner. He started showing symptoms of illness by later that night.
