We were at McDonald's in Gründau in the evening on 17.06.2023.
Our order was surprisingly still warm, but unfortunately we have severe complaints and especially diarrhea the next day without eating anything else.
Since nothing else was eaten, I guess that's where it comes from.

Had the grimace shake and the same night I contracted a fever following diarrhea the very next morning and had blood coming out of my poop. The doctors told me I had salmonella. It was the worst 6 days of my life.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Bloody Stool

At around 6:45pm, we ordered from McDonald's as a family. Chicken Nuggets, Big Tasty Menu and Crispy Homestyle Guacamole Menu.
At around 9 pm, our toddler started vomiting. Over and over again. It hit us at 3 in the night. Everyone had severe vomiting and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

How horrible, I'll never be able to eat again... I arrived at the pharmacy so badly that they skipped the line to see me. Vomiting, diarrhea, chills, sweating, headache, and severe abdominal pain.
