Had a hamburger, fries and malteasers icecream on 15/4/23 was virtually straight after I noticed a churning feeling in my stomach with pain, nausea came quick also. Hasn’t stopped yet and it’s now the 17/4/23 6pm  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
