I had a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, have had diarreha and vomiting for last 24 hours. Diarrhea started 2 hours after eating and vomiting about 4 hours later. I feel awful...never again, was the ONLY thing I ate yesterday and havent been able to eat since  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

After the royal ts an hour later I felt completely dirty.. And after 6h ca everything came out again, yesterday evening at 21:40 fetched the burger around 11pm stomach cramps and at half past 6 this morning everything came out again  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
