I ate a filet-o-fish menu at McDonald's on August 11 with sour cream sauce and mozzarella sticks with a cola zero and had the stomach ache of my life a short time afterwards. Spasmodic diarrhea (about 14 times), nausea. stabbing in the stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
