Late friday night i went 2 drive through 2 get big mac and chips. Was all I had eaten since midmorning . Woke up so ill and been ill all day still am weak. Only just well enough to go to my car Sunday morning to get receipt.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness

Was an evening at McDonald's on 31.07.22 with my children, 11 and 9 years old, I ordered a Big Mac menu twice and 6 cheeseburgers. The cheesburgers smelled a bit strange, but the taste was not noticeable.
