cheeseburger happy meal, Child ate happy meal and was very I’ll a few hours later. She is the only one sick and that is the only thing different she’s eaten that no one else in the house did.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Got food at 8:30pm, quarter ponder meal with fries, Diet Coke.

Hadn’t eaten anything since lunch or after the meal. Illness started at 1:45am and have had 3 bouts of vomiting/diarrhea since then. Probiotics have not helped.
