MC chicken sandwich Are at 3:30am. Violent vomiting began 7:30 and stomach cramps. Only one person ate the MC chicken and is sick. Not sure about the others, It happened Now  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Other, Cramps

2 days ago, 2 mornings ago i ordered 1 sausage egg mcmuffin and a mcgriddle and hashbrown then the next 2 da i was ill with body pain nausia and severe head aches only i got sick. ws in bed for 2 days recovring.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Body Ache

on feb 1st 2022, at about ten PM, I went through the drive through and got a 1/4 pounder meal. About a half hour after the meal I began having horrible stomach pain. A few minutes later, I was on the toilet with explosive bowel movements. I even had a garbage pain on my lap because of the nausea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
