Mcchicken sandwich  I purchased a mcchicken sandwich at here today at about 2:30pm. I started feeling nauseous about 1 hour after eating it. I also had diarrhea and a low grade fever. It happened Today  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea
