We were at down at the Gilroy outlets yesterday we stopped at here and as soon as my kids started eating, my daughter said I’ve never had that make me feel sick right away then my son came home and had nausea vomiting fatigue headache and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Fatigue

August 9, 2021 6 pm, regular hamburger, ice cream cone, or decaf coffee. I was the only one, no others involved in purchase. No food 12pm until approx 4pm. Nausea started about 5:30 pm. Vomiting and diarrhea subsided about 7:30 pm. Slight chill for about another hour. Back to normal.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Chills
