Around 9 o'clock, order two Sausage' N Egg McMuffin and a kulk-size coffee. After eating the first Sausage McMuffin, I felt stomach pain nausea, thought his stomach was hungry reasons, continue to eat the second, stomach pain more serious nausea. Endured home, nausea stomach pain unpleasant, went to bed a bit, to about 11 o'clock up vomiting, has been spit until about 12 o'clock, nausea feeling slightly better, but stomach pain continues, now still stomach pain, nausea, but vomiting temporarily.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

On Tuesday noon, our 7-year-old son had a happy meal with fries, nuggets, majo, ketchup and fanta. Wednesday morning stomach ache then diarrhea. Thursday diarrhea and vomiting.
