Vermin. The inspector observed:
- Approximately eight rodent droppings adjacent to the support beam and front door located in the middle of the south wall/window.
- Approximately 20 rodent droppings on the floor in the southeastern corner of the customer dining area, adjacent to
Vermin. The inspector observed:
- Approximately eight rodent droppings adjacent to the support beam and front door located in the middle of the south wall/window.
- Approximately 20 rodent droppings on the floor in the southeastern corner of the customer dining area, adjacent to
a support beam and store windows.
- Two rodent droppings near the floor sink located in the northeastern corner of the rear preparation room, adjacent to a soft serve machine.
- Approximately 30 rodent droppings and urine behind the three-door reach in freezer at the northern wall of the customer dining area.
- Six flies in the customer dining area.
- Three flies in the rear preparation room.
