I ordered a chicken pita wrap and normally it’s ok. But I ate it around 1pm and then a couple of hours later I started needing to go to the toilet. It continued through for the next couple of days. Horrible feeling.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My 21 year old son ate 4 x chicken thighs with 2 sides at 6.20pm on Friday 15th June and nothing at all after this. He vomited violently at 6am the following morning and another 5 times after this. He felt very weak and slept for hours… See more
