mushrooms as that’s mostly what I vomited. There appeared to be a small piece of shrimp in the vomit which I hadn’t ordered so must have been mixed in and tainted my food. I was visiting from Canada and was well. The severity of my illness after eating there, and sharing a hotel room with my husband who did not get sick proves it was not Norwalk or anything viral.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

started feeling nauseated 2/18, aches and what I thought was maybe a UTI beginning. I went to Dr, did urinalysis and did have UTI. After 7 days not better with taking Cipro. Turned in another urinalysis 3-1 so cultural could be grown, findings ORGANISM: ESCHERICHIA COLI
50,000-100,000 CFU/mL of Escherichia coli.
Started first day of Macrabid today. Ran 102 tempature very very sick and have lost 2 weeks of work. Am contacting City of Tyler.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever

Friend 1 ate all his food, Friend 2 ate
Half of her food, mom did NOT EAT HER SOUP, full from dinner, myself just took a few bites of Alfredo, i was full from salad and bread sticjs with Maranara sauce.....

Woke up 3:00 am, dizzy and room was spinning, didnt know what was wrong with me, friend 2 and I are the only ones that got sick, very SICK, I HAVE A HUGE RESPONSIBILITY TAKING CARE OF MY MOTHER.... WE WERE SICK FOR 3 DAYS.... I HAVE NOT CALLED OLiVE Garden, today i will.... i want my money back... We were just really sick for 3 days. Had to get a friend take care of my mom, she has dementia, ....
