Shared a bowl of orange chicken and chow mein with my girlfriend at around 2:30pm. Within an hour I began having diarrhea and horrific stomach pains, which is currently still happening at 6am as I write this post. My girlfriend started having the same symptoms at midnight.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain

Ate half & half with orange chicken. Had horrible pain around 3 am. Woke up throwing up and had severe diahrea for a week. I didn't eat anything and couldn't keep fluids.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate at around 8:30 PM, and ordered the orange chicken and chow mein. That night at 3:00 AM I woke up very nauseous and ended up throwing up 3 times, and have not gained my strength back.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My boyfriend, best friend and I ate Panda Express yesterday. I was the only one who had the orange chicken and I’m the only one who feels sick.. I started feeling sick an hour or so after eating and I haven’t gotten any better since. Extremely bad nausea along with diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
