I ordered the new Steak and Shrimp entree. But instead of getting steak and shrimp i got steak and potatoes. Its the only entree my wife didn't get. I got super sick from eating the steak and potatoes.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had dinner at 5:30 which involved their shrimp, about 3 hours after I began feeling nauseous. I then vomited 2 or 3 times every hour for 8 hours. I also had diarrhea. I had to miss work because of this.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
