My husband and I ate pizza last night (thin crust family size cowboy with no olives) in the middle of the night we both woke up feeling sick and have been vomiting and having diarrhea all day. Neither of us have any other symptoms or a fever, and our son who did not eat the pizza is not sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
