I ordered a pizza it was greasy as most pizza usual is and with 24 hours later had uncontrollable diarrhea. Didn't eat anything that day aside from pineapple that I prepared. My son had the pizza as well and had the same issues.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ordered the Garlic Knots that comes with marinara sauce. Later i had a fever, headache and felt nauseated and a severe stomach cramp.
