I ordered a Medium Pepperoni pizza with peppercorn ranch. I had about 2 slices and I started to feel a bit unwell. After a few minutes I started feeling like I was going to throw up. I drank a glass of water but I still ended up being sick.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Went for buffet at 6 pm, Ate a salad and several slices of pizza. Woke up with stomach cramps about 3 AM. Kept getting worse stomachache so I took a couple antacids. No change and was getting unbearable. Took peptobismol. Diarrhea began about 5-6 AM I feel like I need to throw up!!!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Cramps, Stomach Pain

I was feeling great. Picked up my kid and we went to have dinner. We ordered two separate entrees. I ordered a supreme pan pizza. Within an hour and a half I was having severe stomach cramps, nausea. Then suddenly the profuse projectile vomiting occurred until dry heaves. Please do not eat at here  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
