Husband ate lunch buffet on his lunch break on Monday 7/8/19 @ 12:15pm. This was the only thing he ate all day at that point. Within 1 hour he got intense stomach pain and nausea. Violent diarrhea ensued, followed by fever. Diarrhea + stomach pain + nausea + gas/bloating lasted for 24 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Gas, Bloating, Stomach Pain
