I ordered steak and lobster tail, ate the tail and after 5 mins of finishing immediately felt nauseous with stomach cramping dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out, then followed by a bad headache  | Symptoms: Nausea, Other, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness

20 min after eating taco with carnitas sour cream and rice with melted cheese I started getting bad stomach pains. Then diarrhea. It is 8 hours later still a problem. Three of us ate and I was only one who ate the taco. So pretty sure that is it. I had nothing else to eat the entire day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
