Ate around 6:30pm and was sick by 1am , sandwich  Ate at 6:30. Was the only meal I had all day. Started getting nauseous by 10:00pm.  Chills and headache and vomiting and diarrhea by 7am. Was the only one who at there.   | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Nausea
