Ate salad at noon on 5/15/2018. Ate nothing else all day. vomiting started at midnight and has continued for 12 hours. Another person who was in line behind me also experiencing the same reaction.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Bought a custom sweet green kale salad with chicken on 5/7 and ate it on 5/8. Got sick approx. 10 hours later. Cannot be 100% sure it was from this but seems most likely culprit since no one else in my household got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting

I ordered the harvest bowl and got nauseous 3 hours later with some stomach pain. It turned into violent vomiting all night and lasted 7-8 hours with chills and fatigue. I also found a hair in my salad. I wrote to them, got refunded for my salad… See more
