Both my wife and I got take out for dinner. Tacos and burritos. Middle of the night and next day both of us were sick with abdominal cramps and diarrhea. Happened before but gave them the benefit of doubt, not this time, fool me twice.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps

Ate a chicken Quesadilla around 8-8:30pm April 24th, 2018. Woke up around 2:30 am April 25th, 2018 with diarrhea and a couple minutes later, I threw up. I haven’t thrown up since but the diarrhea is non stop and watery  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate 2 tacos from taco bell last night. I woke up at about 5am with intense stomach cramps, extreme nausea, gagging, a headache, and diarrhea. This has been going on all day and it is now 9pm.
