Ate at 5:30 and ate two stackers, could instantly feel my stomach not feel good and got nauseas in the shower when I got home about thirty minutes later. I puked seven and a half hours later and then puked again 16 1/2 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate two out of the 3 soft tacos in the meal two hours later I felt nauseas on the way home from school, about an hour later I threw up violently for 4 minutes straight, had chills and a fever for one day after this, do not eat here!  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I ate a cheesy potato burrito and dorito taco at 4 pm today and have been feeling sick ever since. Its pretty much the only thing I ate today and Im throwing up now at around 12am and having constant diahrrea non stop. My stomach hurts real bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

it all started when i got food from my parents and I asked for Taco Bell. Which they got me a Chipotle chicken griller and a power menu burrito steak, so when I ate it I knew it didn’t taste right but I was hungry anyways and a couple hours later I was non stop using the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
