Ate a chicken burrito, Mexican pizza, supreme taco, and cheesy potato burrito. Within an hour I had terribke,stomach pains. Then had profuse vomiting along with diarrhea. Lead to severe dehydration and hospitalization.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain, Diarrhea

I had the Mexican pizza meal with the two taco supremes. Now after 5 hours of eating it, it finally settled in and I have diarrhea and am very nauseous. Vomiting a little. My insides are hurting and it feels like my insides are going to explode.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
