I ate a super burrito and a taco salad at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, 05/01/16. I woke up during the middle of the night vomiting and having severe diarrea. I continued to experience vomiting, nausea, fever, and diarrea all day on Monday. Today, I'm still extremely nauseous and trying to recover.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Had 3 soft Tacos and 2 burritos yesterday (3/21/2016) between 3-8 pm. Woke up at 5am and had watery stool 5x and vomiting once between 5-8am. Again, at work between 9am-2pm watery stool 2x so far and vomited once. And my temperature starting to spike again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
