Trader Joe’ Frozen Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons. This is the 2nd time I’ve had diarrhea from this product. The 1st Time I thought it was a bad batch, but now I’m certain that the chicken is bad, maybe not thoroughly cooked.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I drank the kombucha and shortly after started to have symptoms that I thought were just associated with kombucha. However, a few hours later I could not stop throwing up. That's when I realized I ate something bad.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
