I bought the spring mix to bring to a friends for dinner. I was the only one that ate it and we all ate the rest of it. Everyone else is fine. I have been vomiting and having diarrhea and chills, stomach cramps and lethargy since 5 am. When vomiting there was a lot of undigested lettuce.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills

I just left Walmart 10 minutes ago and before I left I purchased their chicken tenders and ate them on the way home. Once I got home I immediately headed to the head and was there going on 30 minutes continuous diarrhea  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
