On November 21st I had tuna salad on a bed of lettuce, no dressing. 3 hours later I was up vomiting, with horrible stomach pains. No one else in the house is sick, no fever and feeling normal again today. The tuna seemed off so I only ate a little but it was enough to turn my stomach inside out.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever
