I pick up a pepperoni and cheese and crackers they have it in one container and ate some a couple hours later I started vomiting and had diarrhea for hours still not feeling my best but it slowly going away  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Not sure 2 people. Myself and a friend. I was vomiting at 5 am till 3pm. Went to the ER and got an IV. and blood tested as well as other things. Said I had bad food. Today a friend has the same symptoms. All happened within a day or 2. 
Within the last few days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the fettuccine chicken Alfredo late at night, woke up a couple hours later and vomited. I have been vomiting and diarrhea and cramping all day now, can barely keep water down.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate chili around 8:30 am on Feb 17th 2021. Two hours later I was developing a bad headache which quickly turned to nausea followed by vomiting. After about an hour and a half of vomiting I had enough strength to get home and try to lay down  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
