On a Friday afternoon, I bought a 10 inch Italian sub that included lettuce, tomatoes, and red wine vinegar. Approximately 2 hours later, I had awful cramps and a couple of bouts of diarrhea. I'm thankful it didn't get worse. .  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Other, Cramps
