Went there, got the chicken nugget meal regular with a coke. The coke and nuggets both tasted off and immediately felt my stomach hurt. 1.5hrs after eating I was violently throwing up and have spent the entire night running to the bathroom!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

apple pecan chicken salad I got terrible cramps about 2 hours after eating salad then bled from rectum 3 times then diarrhea. I was diagnosed with infectious colitis which is food poisoning went 2 Annie Penn Hospital when they admitted me  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Bloody Stool, Headache

The hamburgers texture taste was not fresh it wasn't like the usual. My head after a hour or less has a migraine and I puked in front of my girlfriend. I was the only one who ate the spicy chicken nuggets and the double stack with ketchup… See more
