I ate a salad from Wendy’s at about 7 in the afternoon some of the pieces of salad tasted funny but I didn’t think anything of it. Went to bed and this morning i woke up feeling like shit stomach was agitated and I had some diarrhea afterword threw up pieces of salad  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Friend has swollen lips, throat feels weird, nausea,vand vomiting from eating a burger. I got a chicken sandwich and was ok.

I'm not sure if this was a mistake or not but I've been very sick for a few days. The workers at this restaurant aren't polite at all! I didn't order a chicken sandwich but it was what was in my bag!
