Got a Jr cheeseburger deluxe at around 5pm. It was a little on the cold side but I just assumed it was because it was so cold outside. I am currently in bed at 11:30 with severe stomach cramps and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate a cheeseburger & nuggets, Had diarrhea & was vomiting within 15 mins after, no prior symptoms. I have what feels like chills & fever. Not sure if it was the food or if I caught the flu. Never felt this horrible!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills

I was on my way to work today at 2pm and picked up a quarter pounder with only cheese and a spicy chicken wrap. At 7:30pm tonight I had severe diarrhea. It was the Wendy's on Niagara st Welland Ontario  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I ate a half apple pecan salad for lunch around 1:30. Almost immediately after eating it my stomach started hurting. When I got home from work I had diarrhea (I can’t use the bathroom for number two in public)  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Got food Saturday around 3pm.
