The only thing I ate Friday was the salad at 2:30pm and I started becoming nauseous at 8pm. Started throwing up once at 10:30pm and the second time at 12:30pm. Had diarrhea at 1am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

May 3rd 2017 - 12:00 pm ate a chicken salad with nuts and apples - and unsweet tea - by 10pm I was feeling sour stomache - by 4 am severe diarrhea and at 6am vomiting  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
