I ordered my daughter a four piece chicken nugget kids meal. That night she began to throw up and had a fever with diarhea. This is not the first time out family has gotten food poisoning from Wendy's we will not be eating there anymore  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Ate a Wendys chicken sandwich for lunch @1pm on 5/10/17 and about 8pm I started feeling nauseous. Then around 9pm I starting vomiting and having diarrhea. It is now 5am and it's still going. I can't keep anything in  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My boyfriend ate Wendy's chicken sandwich for lunch at 2pm 05/10/17 & got sick after 6pm.
